Order Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities

As an Order Management Specialist, the core responsibility will be managing customer calls and providing administrative support to the Order Management team.  The ideal candidate will have 2 years of general office experience with a focus on order processing and customer service; wholesale distribution business familiarity is preferred.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Entering of customer purchase orders
  • Provide Quality checks of customer sales orders
  • Provide shipping dates to all customers via order confirmation
  • Enter and Invoice orders from customer websites
  • New customer set up in ERP system
  • Answering customer calls and providing customer service via email
  • Communicate price list to customers
  • Customer contact for pricing revisions and additional information
  • UPS bill printing and distribution for approval and payment


Job Requirements

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist candidate who possesses strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and accuracy, as well as an impeccable attention to detail.  This person also must have exceptional phone etiquette as well as good phone presence.

Other requirements include:

  • High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate preferred
  • SAP Business 1 knowledge is desired but not required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Professional personal appearance

Compensation is $28-36k with bonus

Loan Officer

The Loan Officer will be responsible for the development of new business, and the closing of mortgage loans.  Willing to train in the mortgage business.


Job Responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls/making outbound calls and working with clients by placing them in one of our wide array of products

Educating borrowers on the loan process from beginning to end

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of VA, USDA, FHA, and Conventional loan programs

Support our strong client relationship culture through on-going client contact, quality customer service and superior product knowledge.


Successful Candidates will have:

Current NMLS registration and Michigan license, preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment and prioritize multiple high-priority projects to ensure all deadlines are met.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional and ethical manner.

Highest level of integrity with excellent customer service.

At least two years of previous success in a similar role in order to be considered, however willing to train the right individual in the mortgage business.

Business Development Recruiter

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Recruits candidates, screens applications, performs initial interview, arranges interview schedule for management, preps candidates and conducts reference and background checks.
  2. Generates business development opportunities to generate new clients.
  3. Sends weekly updates to Managing Partner and meets regularly to establish priority needs.
  4. Works with clients to identify hiring needs, develop job orders and identify key requirements of each position.
  5. Collaborate with Managing Partner to identify and present exceptional candidates to client and follows up with clients to get feedback on candidates and generate employment offers.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  1. Must possess excellent organizational, as well as verbal communication skills
  2. Prior Interviewing/Hiring Experience is a must

Order Management/Customer Care

The Order Management/Customer Care Representative MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE and is responsible for:

  • Checking the status of orders for distributors
  • Processing orders, both stock and rush orders and verifying for accuracy
  • Looking up serial numbers for part identification
  • Issue, type and mailing RMA’s
  • Expediting of orders and shipments
  • Referral of calls to distributors
  • Processed order verification to meet with ISO for contract requirements
  • Account follow up on payments
  • Performing all system documentation and communication to accounts as assigned


Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience

Production Supervisor – Muskegon

Food Production company seeking a production supervisor with FOOD EXPERIENCE.  The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing a manufacturing team and the manufacturing process to ensure quality food products. Manage a team of functional Team Leaders ensuring customer and employee satisfaction while improving the plant efficiency. Support company to achieve goals and objectives by supervising staff, as well as organizing and monitoring workflow according to our Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines.

o Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
o Selects and trains employees and works with Human Resources to resolve personnel problems.
o Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
o Provides manufacturing information by analyzing production performance records and data and making suggestions to management.
o Maintains a safe and clean work environment through compliance with established policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:
o 5+ years management experience including direct supervision and employee coaching

CRM Administrator


CRM Administrator works to ensure the quality, consistency and efficiency of all functions. This individual will work closely with various departments including sales and marketing to support daily activities while solving business problems and implementing new improvements, features, functionalities and processes within the company.

They will exemplify strong sales operation skills through cases, instances, or support new business areas.  They will be tasked with managing and prioritizing ongoing high level administrative needs of the business.  The development of new functionality within including custom objects, custom fields, formulas, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, and analytics is critical for the success of the role.

  • Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts.
