Business Development Recruiter

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Recruits candidates, screens applications, performs initial interview, arranges interview schedule for management, preps candidates and conducts reference and background checks.
  2. Generates business development opportunities to generate new clients.
  3. Sends weekly updates to Managing Partner and meets regularly to establish priority needs.
  4. Works with clients to identify hiring needs, develop job orders and identify key requirements of each position.
  5. Collaborate with Managing Partner to identify and present exceptional candidates to client and follows up with clients to get feedback on candidates and generate employment offers.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  1. Must possess excellent organizational, as well as verbal communication skills
  2. Prior Interviewing/Hiring Experience is a must
  3. Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  4. Must be skilled at using social media and internet resources (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, website job postings, etc.)
