CRM Administrator

SUMMARY

CRM Administrator works to ensure the quality, consistency and efficiency of all Salesforce.com functions. This individual will work closely with various departments including sales and marketing to support daily activities while solving business problems and implementing new improvements, features, functionalities and processes within the company.

They will exemplify strong sales operation skills through saleforce.com cases, instances, or support new business areas.  They will be tasked with managing and prioritizing ongoing high level administrative needs of the business.  The development of new functionality within salesforce.com including custom objects, custom fields, formulas, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, and analytics is critical for the success of the role.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Develop, prioritize and communicate a schedule for future database releases/enhancements.
  • Perform changes to configuration, workflows, page layouts, fields, custom objects, etc.
  • Performs data cleanup, extraction and mass changes using  Data Loader
  • Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules and other setup options

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree desired
  • 2-3 years of experience CRM administration and operational support, ideally with Salesforce.com.
  • CRM/Salesforce.com certifications desired
  • Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, training, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and managed, exceptional follow-through.
  • Strong ability to interface and cultivate good working relationships across departments.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills.

Compensation is up to $55,000 depending on experience
